LG G910 Watch Phone

More of a novelty than anything, these little suckers are going to be debuting on the Orange network in Europe. Surprisingly these bad boys will be sporting some heavy features including bluetooth, 3G, and video calling. Expected to hit towards the end of this year, the watch phones are kinda cool in a bond sort of way.
Toshiba TG01

I talked about this phone briefly before, and now that it has been officially revealed, I’m kinda meh about it. The UI is kinda catchy, and it has a fast processor, but in the end it is still running windows mobile 6.1. Not even the new stuff. Oh well.
Sony Ericsson Idou

Sony surprised everyone with this nice looking touch screen phone. The big shocker was that it will be the first phone to have a 12 megapixel camera. Ridiculous. When will people learn that it’s not about the MP count?! Despite that over sized camera sensor, the phone looks nice, and a bit of a step up for SE.
Samsung Omnia HD

Initially known as the Samsung Acme, we now know that this beauty is the Samsung Omnia HD. All the leaked specs were indeed true, along with this bombshell: the HD will be the first cell phone to be able to record 720p video. Wow. I just got a little camera that does just that for Xmas, and now this phone can do the same thing. Another bonus is that it is running Symbian instead of Windows Mobile or worse, Samsung’s proprietary UI. The price tag on this thing has got to be steep.
In other news, after much deliberation I have purchased a new cell phone! It was a tough decision, but rest assured that I’ll post all about it, as well as the second half of my MWC highlights, soon.
